Fund Raising Offer Examples;

If your organization sells 100 tickets for the event at $10 per ticket, I will split the ticket fee with you 60/40, which would pay my $600 show rate and give your organization $400. Any tickets sales over 100 tickets, I would split the ticket fee with you 50/50.

I will have the tickets printed up and delivered to you with promotional material at least two weeks prior to the event, so that you will have plenty of time to sell the tickets and advertise the show. If there are local radio or television stations nearby, I'd be happy to contact them to make an appearance to promote the event if possible. I provide my own sound system and lighting system. Your organization provide the chairs for my volunteers.

Many of the organizations I work with put on a dinner before the show and the price of the ticket could include a meal. All food and beverage sales would be yours. Spaghetti, for example is an inexpensive meal that, dressed up with a small salad and some garlic toast, makes a wonderful feast to serve. A small dish of sherbet or ice cream would be a light dessert and the show could follow the dessert and coffee.

Theme shows are always fun an imaginative. I will be happy to write skits that would incorporate any theme you might think of, from Roaring "20"s to Night at the Opera or Hawaiian Holiday. Skits built around themes are always unpredictable and unforgettable.
